Orchid Design provides a limited warranty on craftsmanship and materials, excluding normal wear and tear, misuse, or environmental damage. Customers are responsible for proper care and maintenance of their products. Orchid Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

6. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control. Customers must inspect all delivered products upon arrival and report any damage within 48 hours. Additional delivery and installation fees may apply based on location and complexity.

 

7. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our furniture, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are only accepted in cases of manufacturer defects, subject to review. Customers must report any concerns within 7 days of receipt.
